Working principle
The work of the pure pneumatic semi-automatic piston filling machine is that the piston in the cylinder can be reciprocating by the front and rear motion of the cylinder, which can cause negative pressure in the front cavity of the cylinder.
When the cylinder moves forward, the piston is pulled back, the front cavity of the cylinder is negative, the material in the feed drum is pressed into the feeding tube by the atmosphere pressure, and the one-way valve of the incoming material enters the feeding tube.
Push the piston forward and squeeze the material as the cylinder moves backward. The material is used to enter the feeding tube through the material of the material, and finally, the filling head enters into the empty bottle (the filling head is closed when feeding, when the material is opened), and the filling is completed once.
