Start up: power up - start belt conveyor - start packing machine - start feeder - insert bag - filling - counting - drop bag
Downtime step: Close the feeder - emptying the cement in the packaging machine - turn off the main power
And in the process of operation to pay attention to the following matters, in order to ensure the normal operation of the cement packer.
〇 Before starting the machine, start the packaging mechanical and electrical source, then start the feeding equipment or open the gate, close the feeding equipment and the gate before shutting down, and then close the packaging mechanical and electrical source, in order to prevent the packaging machine out of the ash system is blocked.
〇 Check whether all parts are running normally, whether the lubrication parts are short of oil, and check whether there is cement agglomeration in the machine.
〇 Check whether the dust collecting pipe and cement conveying pipe are blocked by cement. If the pipe is blocked, clean it in time before starting the machine.
〇 Strictly in accordance with the operation sequence, not reverse.
〇 In the process of work, if the conveying system is stuck, all the ash should be cleared, not blindly boot, to avoid accidents.
〇 Before starting the machine, pay attention to the site environment, remove obstacles affecting the operation, and prohibit other people from approaching the machine except bag-inserting workers.

〇 Regularly check the use and maintenance of weighing devices and traction electromagnets. If it is found that the fuselage shakes too much, the reason should be found out and dealt with in time, and the fastening condition of the fuselage anchor bolts should be checked.
