How multihead weigher works? The automatic multihead weigher packing machine is based on the combinatorial principle, each feeding is made by selecting the combination closest to the target weight in a number of qualified combinations.
 
Now we want to share some details about how multihead weigher works?
1. The material is transported to the material tray by the hoist, so that the material is concentrated on the main vibration plate. Through the vibration of the main vibration plate, the material is distributed uniformly to the line vibration plate.
2. When the photoelectric detector detects material missing in the material tray, it will send a signal to the main board, then send the material signal to the machine through the main board.
3. The linear vibrator vibrates and sends the material to each buffer bucket through the amplitude and the linear vibration feeding time.
4. Step motor works, open the buffer bucket to deliver the material to the weighing hopper. The materials in the buffer hopper will flow into the weighing hopper automatically when the combined weighing hopper is discharging the material or when the material in the weighing hopper is insufficient.

5. In the weighing hopper, the weight signal is generated through the sensor. The main board of the intelligent control device is processed into digital signal through AD module and transmitted to the intelligent control device through the data bus.
6. The CPU on the motherboard reads and records the weight of each weighing hopper, through calculation, analysis, combination and selection, the combination weighing hopper closest to the target weight is selected. And the assembly scale has been weighed ready to put the material ready signal.
7. When the CPU receives the permissible discharge signal from the packaging machine, the CPU sends a command to start the driver driven stepper motor to open the selected weighing hopper to dump the material into the chute and enter the hopper, if there is no aggregate bin, enter the packaging machine directly and send the signal that the material has been discharged to the packaging machine.
8. After feeding in the weighing hopper, the buffer hopper will timely feed, weigh and combine in the weighing hopper to prepare for the next feeding.
