Problem:
〇 Bolt: Damaged upper or lower needles, incorrect thread tension adjustment, incorrect needle mounting, unqualified thread quality, two threads wound together or the thread is scratched, feed teeth wear or needle spacing is too small.
〇 Broken needle: Check whether the needle is bent when the bag is pulled out. After the needle is bent, the upper needle is in contact with the bottom needle, so that the needle can be easily broken.
〇 After the bag sewing is finished, the thread shall not be braided: The fault is that the winding method of the thread is not correct, or the thread tension is insufficient, the upper needle and the bottom needle do not fit well, the presser foot pressure is not enough or the feeding tooth position is high.
〇 Needle pitch is not consistent, line bending: foot pressure is not enough, feed tooth wear or needle bending.
〇 Cutting tool non-tangent: first check whether the cutting tool solenoid valve is intact, if the solenoid valve is not fault, check whether the control loop is set short tangent time, or the delay tangent time is set too long. If both times are normal, it could be that the control line is down.

Solutions:
◎ Adjustment of thread tension: improper adjustment of thread tension may cause thread breakage, needle skipping and other faults. So when sewing the thick bag, the pressure line is loose and the line control panel is down. When the bag is relatively thin, the pressure line is tightened and the line control panel is raised.
◎ Needle thread adjustment: When the stitching effect is not good due to the difference in stitch length and bag thickness, adjust the line control panel to move down.
◎ Bottom line adjustment: Adjust the bottom needle crimper properly, not too tight, too tight will break the line.
◎ Cutter adjustment: When adjusting the cutter, first turn off the compressed air and confirm that there is no compressed air before starting to adjust. When adjusting, the upper and lower cutting heads should always be in contact. After adjustment, turn the cutter by hand to view the tangent. When the two cutters are all engaged, the depth should be 2mm, and the cylinder and cylinder connecting rods should be adjusted to adjust the depth of the two cutters to 2mm. The air pressure of the cutter solenoid valve is 0.4MPa, which cannot exceed 0.5MPa. If it is more than easy, the gas rod and the link will be damaged.
